NHG, is a pioneer in advisory services for the health and social services sector with specific expertise in health economics. NHG is responsible for evaluating the cost-and benefit of the developed solution. NHG is also responsible for analyzing the regulatory environment and implications in WP1 and WP6.
Dr. Riikka-Leena Leskelä is Research Director at Nordic Healthcare Group, an advisory company specializing in social and healthcare research and development in Finland. Her research is mainly in the fields of health economics and healthcare operations management. She is particularly interested in studying healthcare systems and how to implement value-based healthcare on a system level.
Dr. Ira Haavisto has worked in international research projects related to performance management and healthcare for over ten years, the last four years at Nordic Healthcare Group as a Senior research manager. She has several peer-reviewed publications on innovations in healthcare.
Tuukka Hakkarainen is a consultant with a focus on healthcare and outcomes research. He works as a consultant and researcher at Nordic Healthcare Group with a focus on conducting cost-benefit analysis of innovations for clinical use. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Economics.
