RadioVal will be featured at this year’s Web Summit, taking place from 10 to 13 November in Lisbon. The summit, one of the world’s leading technology and innovation events, brings together cutting-edge projects and EU-funded initiatives demonstrating real-world impact.
RadioVal is highlighted as one of several HaDEA-supported projects at stand E326, Pavilion 3, where attendees can explore the breadth of EU-funded innovation and meet the teams behind these initiatives. RadioVal is conducting one of the first large-scale international validations of AI-based radiomics for predicting how breast cancer patients respond to chemotherapy. By analysing advanced medical imaging data across eight hospitals in Europe, RadioVal evaluates its AI tools for reliability, fairness, usability, and clinical relevance, following strict guidelines for transparency and safety.
Our work aims to improve treatment accuracy, reduce overtreatment, and enhance patient outcomes, while building trust in AI-driven healthcare decisions. Being featured at Web Summit 2025 highlights how RadioVal is turning advanced AI research into tangible benefits for patients across Europe and beyond.
